The concept of inbound marketing first came into being 10 years ago, and it was truly revolutionary.  It changed the world of marketing and made it possible for all organizations, big and small, to compete by leveling the playing field.  While the fundamentals of inbound marketing still hold true today, the ways in which consumers find, research, and purchase products have changed.  In addition, competition for their attention has increased greatly.  Because of these changes in consumer behaviour, marketers need to adjust their inbound strategies accordingly.
