Introducing the Toolkit of the Month Program

Lead Generation & Growth Strategies | Content, Social & Digital Marketing

My industry colleague, David Martin of ERA, introduced me to the concept of R&D--rip off and duplicate. As an association exec, he has provided great insight into how pressed for time he is and how much pressure he's under to constantly produce perfection. With a career spent in companies constantly seeking the almighty hockey stick growth curve, I can certainly understand the need to repurpose and utilize templates and tools that will help me speed my pace.

This "why try to recreate the wheel" thought process spurred me to go on the hunt for tools & templates that are making great traction in the corporate marketing space with the eye to repurpose them for associations.

Enter the idea for the Toolkit of the Month program.

Each month, I've chosen a topic that is of specific interest to associations and put together a bundle of templates, workbooks and tools that can help you accelerate your own programs (or at least give you some food for thought/ blueprints from which to work). The idea is that we can all benefit from tools--take them up,  use them and improve them.

February's theme of our toolkit is Change Management. While it's the official month of love and we know that people hate change, we still decided to put Change Management front and center because to change is to love and to love is to change. Love requires growth and a commitment to growth. Our Change Management toolkit tries to embody this spirit and equip you with tools to help to plan growth so that more people can come to love the idea of continuous improvement.

The toolkit itself will provide you with a workbook to help outline your key initiatives, an organizational chart of the modern marketing department and a change management template. Our goal is simple: to move more associations into the world of digital marketing. This sounds simple, but is complex to execute as there is so much that digital marketing is predicated upon that needs to have buy-in in order to truly succeed.

We get it. We're here to support you.

The Toolkit of the Month program has been designed to allow you to find not just the tools, but the conviction to evolve your digital marketing programs. We're here and hope that our Toolkits show you just how invested we are in ensuring your success. If you haven't already, please download the Februrary Change Management Toolkit and let us know if you need further tools.
