Incorporate these 5 essential elements into your landing page to leverage your conversion capabilities:

1. Clear and Crisp USP: Your USP (Unique Selling Proposal) is the reason for your landing page - it is what you are offering (product/service) the visitor, and the value your product/service will bring the visitor. Display your USP upfront on your landing page with a clear, coherent, and concise headline – and if it's clever, even better!

2. Images that Appeal: The image(s) you include on your landing page can drastically impact the interest level of your visitors - not only is an image the first thing the visitor sees on the page, but it is also the element he/she will relate to the most. It is important that the image resonate well with your intended market - while an appealing imagine can instantaneously capture a visitor’s interest, compelling him/her to stay, an unappealing image will immediately deter your visitor’s attention away.

3. Brief List of Benefits: In the sub-header of your landing page, include a bulleted list of 3-5 obvious benefits and/or value-added aspects of your offer to further entice the visitor into taking your desired course of action.

4. Singular and Solid CTA: Your CTA (Call-to-Action) is the most important aspect of your landing page. The landing page is your means of directing the internet user's focus where you want, and your CTA is the central point of that focus, providing one option for action. Your CTA needs be clear and easy to find - use a contrasting color to make it stand out.

5. Provide Social Proof: Social proof is essentially ‘word of mouth’ online. Include social proof on your landing page to establish a foundation of trust between your organization and your landing page visitors. Incorporate testimonials, reviews, awards, trust symbols, or social share buttons on your landing page as social proof.
