Have you ever asked yourself how you like to learn? As adults, were are usually motivated to learn in order to solve a problem we are having. An modern adults will most likely turn to "The Google" to seek out a solution. Gone are the days when we read books based on a teacher’s directive or a course syllabus.  We are more self-directed learners now, gravitating to things that catch our eye based on our interests or hobbies, and our careers. Education in the workplace has changed, and will continue to do so in this world where information is pervasive and new technologies emerge every day. During our November 2014 Trainiing & innovation Day, Mark Milroy, VP Learning at ASAE led a discussion about the nature of learning, the need for adult education and ways that your organization can think about learning in a world where information is pervasive and persistent.

You can check out this discussion as well as on-demand version of our latest webinar: Love to Learn, Education for the Modern Adult featuring our partner InReachCE (and much more!) on demand at the U!
