Ashburn, VA--April 10, 2013—HighRoad Solution, the preferred provider of integrated eMessaging solutions for association, fundraising and non-profit organizations, announced its support for NTEN’s 2013 Nonprofit Technology Conference (NTC) to be held in Minneapolis this week. The NTC is the premier annual technology event for the nonprofit sector and focuses on how to use technology to better achieve the missions of non-profits.
“Using technology to better communicate with constituents is the key,” stated Ron McGrath, CTO and co-founder of HighRoad Solution. “We work with organizations to find the best system of eMessaging by combining eMail marketing, text messaging, mobile, voice and events to deliver the right content using the donor’s preferred methods. “
While nearly all non-profits utilize technology in their cause marketing, the majority still do not have an integrated system of eMessaging that can be combined into a comprehensive, unique donor profile. “What’s new isn’t necessarily the technology itself, it’s the application of the technology.” explained McGrath, “We are now seeing the real need for integrated digital communication and donor management systems to provide organizations with real-time behavioral insight into their constituents.”
HighRoad Solution’s decision to provide scholarships to nonprofit professionals evidences their belief that nonprofit organizations need to further develop their technology capacity. The sponsorship of NTC will provide 32 nonprofit professionals with the opportunity to attend the conference.
